Silver Income
PART ONE
Every single person that joins One24 after you, is placed in a straight line underneath you. You are then paid on all of the customers in the company (that joined after you) in 2 separate bonus pools.
The first bonus pool is specifically designed to reward the new customer for staying active their first 4 months and to generate some excitement so they will want to share One24 with people.
The company takes 8% of the total company sales and puts it into a pool that is shared between all the new PC’s in the company.
In month 1, the PC shares in 2% of the pool. In the 2nd month, the PC’s share in 4%. In month 3 the PC’s share in 6% and finally in month 4 the new PC’s share in a total of 8% of the company revenue.
This insures that all PC’s will earn an increasing monthly income the first 4 months in business.
This is one of the reasons that One24 is experiencing such high retention. Customers are getting increasing checks just for being customers.
PART TWO (Silver Performance Bonus)
The next phase of the silver income begins when the PC starts to refer other PC’s to One24. This bonus is also calculated with 8% of the company revenue.
It’s also paid on ALL the PC’s in the entire company who joined after you.
The difference between this bonus and the first part of the silver bonus is that a small performance factor is brought into play here.
By sponsoring 1 customer who in turn sponsors 1 customer – you qualify for 1 share in the silver performance bonus pool.
Each new personally referred customer (who sponsors 1 more customer) gives you another share in the silver performance bonus pool.
You can have a total of 5 shares in this bonus pool.
Each share is a multiplier of the total silver PC’s below you.
If you have 5 shares (relatively easy to get) the number of silver PC’s below you is multiplied by 5 and that number is used to calculate your silver performance bonus for that month.
The genius behind the silver bonus is the fact that it is designed to incrementally increase each PC’s income with minimal effort so that the auto ship is paid for & the PC gets into profit quickly.
It’s also very exciting to see thousands of PC’s going in your silver line which generates excitement and a little fear of loss if a person waits too long to join.
Green Income
You earn green income from your personal referrals and their personal referrals, so on and so forth down for 12 levels.
This is the income you earn from your personal enrollment tree.
The dollar amount is $1.50 per product sold in your green income line.

Gold Income
The gold income is another VERY exciting piece to the One24 Compensation plan.
All unused, green tickets on the 24th of the month are put into the “Gold Rush” and given away (as gold tickets) to people who want to enroll more PC’s.

Non Recruiter Benefits
For the person who, for whatever reason, does not use their green ticket to sponsor someone in the first of the month – Gold income is AWESOME!
The green ticket gets given away to someone who wants to bring in more people.
Then, the person who gave the green ticket up, shares in the income generated from that ticket up to $100 per month per ticket.
This means that someone who does nothing but give away all 24 of their tickets over 2 years can earn up to $2,400 monthly residual income through the One24 Compensation plan.
Another HUGE retention factor.
Recruiter Benefits
The recruiter now has an opportunity to enroll more than just the 1 person a month (allotted by the green ticket) to generate more income faster.
Happily, the recruiter will share $100 of the income generated by that ticket with the person who gave it up for 2 reasons.
1) The recruiter can sponsor more and earn more income
2) The $100 share will cause all the non-recruiters to stay active in the program which will contribute to STABLE monthly residual income for everyone.
Platinum Income
Last but certainly not least, One24 takes 4% of company sales and throws that money into a pot with all other unpaid bonus money and pays it out to those PC’s who fulfill a slightly higher performance role in the company.
When you have 6 personally sponsored PC’s that have 2 APC’s (APC = A PC that has at least one customer on autoship) you qualify for your first platinum share.
After you qualify for your first platinum share, it becomes very easy to qualify for your next one as each additional share only requires another 5 customers.
You can earn up to 12 platinum shares.
